Description

  1. Flowmeter complies with all current relevant technical regulations and meets all existing standards.
  2. The flowmeter may under no circumstances be modified or tampered with without the written consent of the manufacturer.
  3. Intermediary connections between the cylinder valve and the cylinder pressure regulator are strictly forbidden.
  4. Incorrect use may endanger the operator and the other personnel, damage to the cylinder pressure regulator and the installation may also result.

Operating instructions

  1. Keep hands and tool clean, oil and grease can cause an explosion on the contact with oxygen.
  2. The operator should be fully familiar with these operating instructions prior to the use of this equipment; all instructions should be adhered to when in use.
  3. Check that the flowmeter is suitable to the gas to be used.
  4. Check that the cylinder value connection is clean and undamaged, if not, you must not connect cylinder pressure regulator.
  5. Before connecting the cylinder pressure regulator, the cylinder valve should be swiftly opened and closed to dislodge water or foreign from the valve/regulator inlet seating. Do not stand in front of the cylinder valve and do not hold your hand before the cylinder valve.

Excellent Quality

Sometimes you can be unsure of reviews on a product which is very well priced. I can tell you this is a very, very good flow rater for argon welding gas. It is made of heavy brass and is finely machined. No leaks and I am
happy I own it.

Works great!

Great lil product. See the attached picture for the fitting I bought to be able to use a regular gas hose with this regulator. It’s made by Western Enterprise and the part number is AW-405. This has 9/16”-18 male connector to a 5/8”-18 female connector. A inert gas hose uses a standard 5/8”-18 ends so it works perfect. This fitting makes the regulator compatible with American products once again. If you don’t get this fitting you’ll just have to use hose clamps. I just prefer the cleaner look. Hope this helps someone else as it took me awhile to find this part!!!!

Did the job for my MIG welder.
Did not fit the fitting that came on the welder hose, but the included hose barb fitting worked fine but needed a clamp.
