Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched from an available fulfillment location based on product availability and destination. Our configured shipping locations include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. The fulfillment location and delivery address affect the estimated delivery date; the nearest location may not have every product in stock.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Handling: 1–3 business days.
- Local warehouse delivery: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Global air shipping, where available and confirmed for your order: estimated 15–30 business days after dispatch.
Your shipping confirmation email will contain the tracking number and order details. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. A global air delivery estimate does not mean that this method is available for every destination.
Shipping Fees
The following standard shipping rates are in USD and apply to eligible orders and supported addresses. Thresholds are based on the applicable order value after discounts and before taxes.

Free shipping eligibility depends on the specific product, destination, and available fulfillment location. Orders requiring shipments from different location groups may have combined shipping charges. The final available shipping methods and total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Taxes and Duties
Depending on the destination, the customer may be responsible for VAT, import duties, or other charges required by local authorities. Any charges shown at checkout are disclosed before payment.
Available Shipping Destinations
Current standard shipping zones cover supported addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries and regions.
Availability depends on the product, inventory, and delivery address. A country being listed does not guarantee that every item can be delivered to every address. Please check availability at checkout. If no shipping method is offered for your address, contact us before ordering; do not assume that global shipping is available.
We currently cannot deliver to American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the Federated States of Micronesia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
