Bad customer service don't waste you time and money

sent me a pedal after I gave up and sent the welder back from my Amazon purchase. never again

No Customer Service

The foot pedal came damaged and defective, I sent a message via chat and was told that " they are very busy and could not contact an agent" I waited until the next day (realize because I am communicating with China that is an additional day). Since then there has been no response to my messages regarding the defective foot pedal, it has been over a month now! Also they claim free shipping yet I was billed for brokerage fees. I do not recommend making a purchase from this company from their web site, this purchase was a complete waste of my time and money.
